At Ginza Takenoan, the owner himself visits the producers of the ingredients to assess their taste, and incorporates their passion and passion into the cuisine.
We use all natural fish.
We recommend the 'gasu shrimp' from Fukui straight from the ship. This shrimp has a thicker texture than sweet shrimp, which is rare in Tokyo.
The meat we use is A5 rank Japanese black beef.
In addition, the branded pork is Hokkaido's ``Kamui Buta'', Tochigi's ``Mochi Buta'', and Iwate's ``Iwanaka Buta''.
The chicken used is Koshu red chicken.
