This is a full-course authentic Japanese Kaiseki meal that uses A5 rank Japanese black beef, as well as seasonal ingredients such as natural fish (Tsukiji fish market, direct from the farm, direct from the ship), and matsutake mushrooms.
The owner personally visits the producers and selects the ingredients for our restaurant.
