Appetizer: Handmade yose tofu made with thick soy milk from Iwate, peanut tofu, rum barrel-aged brown sugar shochu raisins with Hokkaido cream cheese, and 5 other items
Soup: Yamagata Yamabushi Mushroom and Tamba Shimeji Mushroom Steamed in an Earthenware Bottle ~ Mochi Shrimp Shinjo, Red Chicken Breast Meat, Trefoil, Vinegar Tachibana ~
Sashimi: Fresh fish, gasu shrimp, 4 kinds of sashimi
Grilled dish: A5 rank Japanese black beef sirloin and Nagano white mushroom marinated in Dassai sake lees
Simmered dish: Aigamo, Miyazaki Sadowara eggplant, and king oyster mushrooms cooked together ~Sauce made with Dassai sake lees, Iwate soy milk, Miyazaki sesame, and Saikyo miso~
